- The Company shall henceforth issue shares in dematerialised form only while processing the following service requests in terms of Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022:
(1) Issue of duplicate share certificate (2) Claim from Unclaimed Suspense Account (3) Renewal / exchange of share certificate (4) Endorsement (5) Sub-division / Splitting of share certificate (6) Consolidation of share certificates / folios (7) Transmission (8) TranspositionThe shareholders holding shares of the Company in physical form, while sending any of the aforesaid service requests to the Company or RTA, should submit the prescribed Form ISR-4, duly filled up and complete in all respects.

SEBI has, vide the Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16, 2023 revised the norms/procedural requirements for processing service requests with regard to furnishing of PAN, Address with PIN, email address, mobile number, bank account details and nomination by holders of physical securities. Folios wherein any one of the cited document / details are not available on or after October 01, 2023, such folios shall be frozen by the Registrars and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA)” In case the folio(s) are frozen, then the shareholders would be able to avail any services, lodge any grievances or claim dividend etc. only upon furnishing necessary information and as per the terms and conditions specified in the SEBI Circular. The RTA shall revert the frozen folios to normal status upon receipt of all the documents/details as mentioned above. Effective from April 01, 2024 payment of dividend etc. shall be paid only through electronic mode. Also, the Frozen folios shall be referred by the RTA / listed company to the administering authority under the Benami Transactions (Prohibitions) Act, 1988 and/or Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, if they continue to remain frozen as on December 31, 2025.
